Shipping Policy


GENERAL SHIPPING

Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.  Postal service and pandemic related issues outside of our control and large quantity orders could create potential delays.

Make sure your items, preferences, and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 

PRODUCT LAUNCHES & SALES

Orders usually ship within 14-21 business days. All customer service emails will be answered within 48 hours.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If you should receive your item damaged, please email us directly at sales@remsupply.com.  Provide us with your order number and a photo of the condition of your item asap.  We will work with you to achieve a satisfactory solution for both parties. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

REM Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier, we will offer our best advice on how to work with your shipping carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track their lost or stolen items directly with their shipping company.
